These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of books from WATS Publications, the publishing ministry of West Africa Theological Seminary ("WATS Publications," "we," "us"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to describe our books accurately, including author, format and price. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice; the price shown at the time you submit your order is the price that applies to that order.

Orders & Payment

An order is placed by completing our order form and paying by bank transfer to the account provided. Your order is confirmed only once we have verified your payment reference and receipt — until then, it remains pending. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a title is out of stock, in which case we will contact you and arrange a refund.

Intellectual Property

The content of our books, and the text, images and design of this website, are the property of WATS Publications and its authors and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a book gives you the right to read and enjoy it personally; it does not give you the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from its contents without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to fulfil every order accurately and on time, but to the extent permitted by law, WATS Publications is not liable for indirect losses arising from delays, unavailability of stock, or use of the books we sell.
