What We Collect

When you place an order or sign up for updates, we collect the information you provide directly:

Order form: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, and your bank transfer reference and payment receipt.
Newsletter sign-up: your email address or WhatsApp number, if you choose to subscribe for updates.

We do not collect payment card details — payment is made directly by bank transfer, and your receipt is used only to verify that transfer.

How We Use It

To process, verify and fulfil your order, and to contact you about it.
To send you updates about new titles or WATS Publications news, only if you have opted in.
To respond to questions you send us directly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Where It's Stored

Order details are collected and stored through Cognito Forms, a third-party form provider, which processes this information on our behalf. Newsletter sign-ups are held by WATS Publications for the purpose of sending the updates you opted into.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from newsletter updates at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in any message we send.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing watspublications@wats.edu.ng. [Response timeframe and any limits — e.g. order records we must keep for accounting purposes — to be confirmed.]

Children's Privacy

WATS Publications' order form and newsletter are intended for adults placing personal or institutional orders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
